The Department of Defense has identified 3,390 American service members who have died since the start of the Iraq war. It confirmed the deaths of following Americans this week:

GULLETT, Zachary R., 20, Pfc., Army; Hillsboro, Ohio; 984th Military Police Company, 759th Military Police Battalion, 89th Military Police Brigade.

HARTGE, Nicholas S., 20, Pfc., Army; Rome City, Ind.; First Infantry Division.

WALKER, Jeffrey D., 21, Lance Cpl., Marines; Macon, Ga.; Second Marine Logistics Group, Second Marine Expeditionary Force.
